19 DECEMBER 2024Our personalized plans focus on building essential skills for everyday success today and preparing individuals for even greater opportunities tomorrowManaging Director of Clinical Services, oversees the implementation of evidence-based practices that ensure therapy plans are tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. For families, the journey begins with understanding their child's unique needs. Annie Dyke, MS, BCBA, Executive Director of Assessments, plays a pivotal role in guiding families through this process, laying the foundation for success. Therapy is then tailored to address specific goals, such as reducing challenging behaviors, improving communication, and building essential daily living skills. One young client, for example, initially struggled to communicate basic needs, often becoming frustrated and overwhelmed. With a personalized therapy plan that introduced the use of a PECS board, the child gradually learned to express requests and preferences through visuals. Over time, they gained confidence and began combining visuals with vocalizations, reducing frustration and building stronger connections with family and peers. The dedication of Achievements' team is the driving force behind these life-changing outcomes. Ashley Carrigan, Director of Training and Development, ensures that therapists are equipped with mentorship and advanced training to deliver the highest level of care. Kelly Adamchick, MA, CAS, LPA, HSP-PA, Regional Director of Assessments, brings expert guidance to ensure therapy plans are evidence-based and effective. In North Carolina, Rachel Suberman, MS, BCBA, Regional Director, leads with a commitment to empowering families and creating lasting change.Beyond therapy, Achievements ABA Therapy actively advocates for autism awareness and creates opportunities for families to connect and find support. Through workshops, community events, and partnerships, the company builds a sense of belonging and collaboration for the families it serves.Looking ahead, Achievements ABA Therapy is expanding its reach. By 2025, the company plans to establish advanced ABA therapy centers--welcoming spaces where children can grow, socialize, and develop their full potential. This vision reflects Achievements' core values: empathy, accountability, excellence, and teamwork. At Achievements ABA Therapy, every child's journey is unique, but the goal remains the same: to empower them to reach their fullest potential and to provide families with the tools and support they need. With its extraordinary leadership team and unwavering commitment, Achievements is changing lives across Georgia and North Carolina, one milestone at a time.
