As a clinic manager for physical therapy, my responsibilities encompass a range of multiple tasks and organization to keep our clinic flowing. In the dynamic world of physical therapy, leadership transcends mere management; it embodies inspiration, guidance, and advocacy, shaping the trajectory of patient care. As the healthcare landscape evolves, the role of leaders in physical therapy becomes increasingly pivotal, driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and championing patient-centric approaches. As a physical therapy outpatient clinic manager, it is my responsibility to supervise the staff and ensure all team members have the necessary tools, training, and guidance to appropriately perform their daily duties. I oversee an additional team for the physical therapy department called the PT360 home visits group, where a number of therapists will travel to a certain territory and help patients transition from home to outpatient physical therapy after surgery.
