The most recent method of treating obstructive sleep apnea is the Inspire system.

Fremont, CA: Sleep apnea affects over 22 million People. Conventional CPAP machines, often called CPAP machines, can be noisy and unpleasant and come with a bothersome mask and hose linked to the device. Some people find it difficult to sleep when using a CPAP machine. Although sleep apnea may seem like a small irritation that keeps your spouse awake at night, it may have several significant side consequences if left untreated, such as high blood pressure, strokes, and heart problems.

CPAP machines now have a new competitor. The most recent method of treating obstructive sleep apnea is the Inspire system. Inspire attempts to cure the root of sleep apnea, not just the symptoms, by activating the tongue and airway muscles.

For sleep apnea, what is Inspire?

Let's first discuss what sleep apnea is. It is a sleep disturbance characterized by repeated breathing pauses lasting 10 to 30 seconds. There is frequently loud snoring as well.

Central sleep apnea cannot be treated with Inspire; it only treats obstructive sleep apnea. As long as central sleep apnea doesn't cause more than 25% of occurrences, it can treat mixed sleep apnea.
