Sales leader honored for driving AI transformation and accelerating growth across the organization
PEABODY, Mass. — Barton Associates proudly announces that Dan Bassani, Vice President of Sales, has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2025 40 Under 40 list, recognizing the next generation of leaders shaping the future of staffing through innovation, performance, and vision.
Since joining Barton in 2012, Bassani has been instrumental in driving company growth and modernizing sales operations. His leadership has helped expand market share, build high-performing teams, and introduce artificial intelligence (AI) across the sales organization to enhance speed, precision, and results.

Bassani joined Barton as an account manager and quickly distinguished himself as a high-impact leader. As Director of Sales and Recruiting in Tempe, Arizona, he expanded the firm’s regional presence and delivered a 15% increase in sales. Now, as Vice President of Sales, he has led the rollout of AI-powered tools that have transformed team collaboration and operational efficiency—reinforcing Barton’s reputation as a technology-driven force in the locum tenens industry.
