Deal Precedes Proven Results in Underserved Communities and the Strength of Social Determinants of Health Solutions Drive Medicaid Market Momentum


Fremont, CA: The increased usage of big data and its major influence on the healthcare sector has pushed it toward patient-centric treatment. The demand for care management systems is only growing as the population ages and chronic diseases become more prevalent. Information and healthcare technologies enable patient-centered care, allowing healthcare practitioners to operate at numerous locations.
