Since the digestive system slows down with age, high-fiber fruits, vegetables, and whole grains are just as vital as they have always been. Seniors can drink plenty of water to remain energized and sharp because they are vulnerable to dehydration.

Not to mention that a caregiver's health can suffer as a result of prioritizing the health of a senior.
