Paradise Valley Estates (PVE) is a not-for-profit, continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Fairfield, California, that offers a continuum of care, including inpatient and outpatient services. PVE serves patients needing restorative care. Patients with joint disease and injury may have had months or years of declining mobility and increasing pain. Post joint replacement surgery, they come to PVE for rehabilitation. The team works with them to increase their mobility, with a continued reduction in pain.

PVE has a neurologic rehab program for patients with disorders caused by stroke, infections, and trauma. Patients reacquire activities, including walking, speech, and eating.
