Pharmacy Management Solutions began in 2007 when Anthony Panici Sr. set out to bring compassion, personal connection, and practical solutions to an industry often focused more on processes than people. The company offers a broad range of services for long-term care, covering adolescent to geriatric support. These include medication regimen reviews, admission and change-of-condition evaluations, psychotropic medication tracking, medication administration, and more. The team also assists with plans of correction, audits medicine carts, and supports performance improvement initiatives. All services integrate smoothly with major Electronic Medical Record and Electronic Health Record platforms, keeping clinical work closely tied to daily operations.
