His approach integrates traditional surgical techniques with innovative technologies and contemporary medical therapies to develop individualized treatment plans that enhance and preserve each patient’s quality of life. Dr. Wallace’s expertise spans minimally invasive (endovascular) procedures and traditional open vascular surgeries, covering the full spectrum of arterial and venous diseases.

With over 13 years of diverse experience in vascular surgery, he has affiliations with multiple hospitals, including Palos Community Hospital and Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital. He also collaborates with a network of specialists through the Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation.

Additionally, he serves as the medical director of vascular surgery for the Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute South Region and medical director of perioperative services. In these leadership roles, he oversees a dedicated team across hospital settings, including the cardiac catheterization lab, interventional radiology, ICU, and operating rooms. He prioritizes clear communication within his team and with patients, ensuring care is delivered with the compassion he would expect for himself or a loved one.

He is also highly experienced in aortic surgeries, arterial bypasses, carotid artery procedures, and advanced techniques like Transcarotid Arterial Revascularization (TCAR). Additionally, he works closely with patients suffering from Critical Limb-Threatening Ischemia (CLI) and claudication, striving to improve circulation and preserve limb function.

Beyond vascular disease management, Dr. Wallace plays a crucial role in the care of dialysis patients.
